My approach is holistic, meaning the whole person is addressed and not just their presenting symptoms.
Diagnosing and addressing the underlying cause are priority whilst symptom relief is also aimed for. During a consultation a full case history is taken.
This includes assessment of past and present personal and family history, past & current medical history, general well-being, and other associated factors such as immune system, hormonal balance, cardiovascular function, digestive health, energy supply and quality of sleep, to name a few.
Food and lifestyle are discussed and taken into consideration as well as the larger environment the person lives in, emotional state and general outlook on life.
Laboratory tests, through Genova Diagnostics, a New Malden based laboratory can be arranged, at an additional fee.
A personalised herbal prescription will be prepared, if appropriate.
Herbal remedies can take the form of a tincture: a concentrated liquid water/alcohol extract, a tea or powders (which can be encapsulated, if wished). Herbal tinctures should cost no more than £1.35 per day, teas and powders are cheaper. I only use the very best quality herbs and herbal extracts to ensure optimum effect.
The initial consultation

Follow up consultations
take around 30min – 1hour and cost £65.
